Head Coach & Founder – Lalita Amos

Total Team Solutions, LLC, is a business and executive leadership development firm offering strategic planning, executive coaching (team and individual) and training. TTS offer these services with this aim in mind: that people and groups achieve fantastic results and decrease the time spent doing it. TTS does this by working to develop systems that work consistently over time and by developing leaders and teams to improve relationships with the people who are key to success -- customers, employees, vendors, and referral sources.

Lalita started her company over a dozen years ago after 15 years in Team and Leadership Development, Training and Human Resources in Fortune 500 companies and an international non-profit organization.

Lalita is a Sigma Beta Delta graduate of the Keller Graduate School of management with a Masters in Human Resources. She also holds a Baccalaureate in Arts in psychology from Purdue University. Currently, Lalita is completing work on a Doctorate in Executive Coaching from the University of the Rockies.

Additional coach-specific training includes the Intensive Coach Training, Executive Coaching Intensive and an advanced courses from Results Life Coaching. Through Landmark Education's 2 year-long Leadership Program and other programs, she gained skill in defining goals and in fundamentally transforming outcomes for others -- even when transformed results seemed unlikely. 

In addition to being an internationally certified coach through both NYU and Results Coaching Systems, Lalita's been on the faculty of two leading coach educational organizations. She was  adjunct faculty at New York University teaching the Historical Precursors to Coaching course, which she helped create and she lead intensive training coursework for business, career, executive and life coaches around the world for Results Coaching Systems, the foremost coach training company in Europe, Africa and Australasia. 

Lalita's a member of the International Coach Federation and a lifetime member of CoachVille. 

As a long-time business owner, Lalita understands the pressures business owners face. The clients she coaches count on her for a unique perspective, creative problem solving and generous partnership. With her or one of her affiliate coaches as their coach, people are unstoppable about what's important to them -- their businesses,  their careers and their lives. 

Lalita serves her community on the Dean's Advisory Board for Purdue's College of Liberal Arts, Purdue's President's Council, the American Values Alliance and the Indianapolis Race Relations Leadership Network.
